Hadassah knows what it looks like to hold everything together on the outside while quietly running on empty. Years of managing complex responsibilities, professionally and personally, eventually brought her to a breaking point that became a turning point. Training for a half Ironman wasn't just a physical challenge; it was the moment she rebuilt her relationship with her own capacity. That experience is the foundation of her work.
Hadassah is trained in somatic work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gottman Levels 1 and 2 couples counseling, and is trauma-informed. This means her coaching goes beyond strategy, it addresses how your nervous system, internal patterns, and relational dynamics are either supporting or quietly limiting your next level. This is precise, private, high-level work. And it's for women who are done leaving performance on the table.
