Most of my clients don't come to me because they don't know what they want. They come because they know exactly what they want, and something keeps getting in the way of building it. That something is rarely one thing. Sometimes it's an old habit of playing small that's outlived whatever it was protecting them from. Sometimes it's a pattern in a marriage or a family that's quietly setting the rules without anyone naming it. Sometimes it's a belief they picked up so long ago it doesn't even feel like a belief anymore, it just feels like the truth.
I trained in a wide range of methods, work with the body and the nervous system, tools for untangling internal conflict (Internal Family Systems), relationship and marriage repair (Gottman-trained), and business and life-reinvention coaching, because a stalled dream is rarely blocked in only one place. My work is to find out where yours is actually rooted, clear it, and then build the plan with you, step by step, until the thing you've been carrying becomes real: the business launched, the marriage repaired, the life restructured around what actually matters to you.

Years of managing complex responsibilities, professionally and personally, eventually brought her to a breaking point that became a turning point. Training for a half Ironman wasn't just a physical challenge; it was the moment she rebuilt her relationship with her own capacity. That experience is the foundation of her work.
Hadassah is a Certified Transformation Coach, trained in somatic work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gottman Levels 1 and 2 couples counseling, and is trauma-informed. This means her coaching goes beyond strategy, it addresses how your nervous system, internal patterns, and relational dynamics are either supporting or quietly limiting your next level. This is precise, private, high-level work. And it's for women who are done leaving performance on the table.
